HOW TO
BOOK AN APARTMENT:
STEP
1: If you wish to book an apartment please fill out the form below
and send it to us
STEP 2: We will contact you with the information on availability
(which is valid for 48 hours) and payment method
STEP 3: To confirm the reservation we require a payment of 30% of
total price (40% for stay under 8 days)
STEP 3: Please e-mail us (fax the bank's money transfer receipt, if
possible) when you make the payment (so we can hold the apartment for
you)
STEP 4: After 48 hours, if no payment has been made, you have to e-mail
us for availability again
STEP 5: When we receive your payment we will e-mail you a printable
receipt that says your reservation is confirmed
